We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, examination results, or admission to any institution. Outcomes depend substantially on individual effort, attendance and factors outside our control.
Enrolment in any program is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee, as communicated to you at the time of registration. Fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be shared separately and form part of your enrolment agreement.
All fees must be paid through the payment methods we specify. We reserve the right to revise fees for future enrolment cycles; changes will not apply to a cycle already paid for.
Cancellation, refund and rescheduling requests will be handled in line with the specific policy communicated to you at the time of enrolment for the relevant program, since terms may vary by program type and duration. Where no specific policy has been communicated, please contact us and we will advise on the applicable process.
